How cute am I?

Seriously?

I know. I get my good looks from my Mom. Speaking of, here is 4 generations of family. My Mom said that she looks horrible in this picture though so please don't make fun. And I'm not sure what the half smile thing on my face is either.

Here I am with Grandma Pauline one last time before we had to leave.

OK, I'm sleepy. Nap time.

Fun at Grandpa Dave's

Grandpa Dave has so many fun things to do at his house! First Grandpa and I just sat on the couch and played. He kept tickling me... I am very ticklish.

Then I played pool for the first time ever.

And a little basketball...

Then I played on the rocking chair, it was just my size!

Then I got extremely sleepy and we had to leave. We went straight home from here and I slept the entire 2 1/2 hours in the car. I woke up when we pulled into our driveway. What a long weekend.

Gooooooooooo Irish!

The crazy side of the family

Saturday night a bunch of my family was getting together because my Aunt Linda (Mommy's Aunt Linda, Grandpa Dave's sister) is moving to Florida. About 20 of us had dinner together and I got to meet some of my new cousins. We ate dinner at the bowling alley (yes, I know, I didn't plan it) but it was a place where we could all sit together and talk to each other so that was nice.

Talk about old school, check out this retro metal high chair I sat in to eat. I bet Mommy sat in this when she was little. I guess it served the purpose though.

Mommy even let me try some little garlic bread crackers, they were yummy!

Here I am with my cousin Ava. She just turned 2 years old. She kept wanting to give me kisses, it was funny.

Here is my new cousin Matthew. He is 4 months old and is Ava's brother.

This is another cousin, Walter. He is cousin's with Matthew and Ava.

Here I am with Matthew and Walter. Everybody was confused because the guy on the left holding Matthew is not his Dad, but another cousin. Aunt Linda is holding me and Walter's Grandpa is holding him.

It was fun though to see everybody. I probably won't see a lot of these people until July when we go to San Antonio, TX for our family reunion.

I've heard stories about these reunions, I'm a little scared to be honest with you. Last time they were in San Antonio they got kicked out of a restaurant. That's the Drews side for you. Should be interesting.

Fun with the family

What a tiring weekend. Friday night Mommy, Daddy, Benny and I drove up to Grandma Sharon's house to visit. As always, I was good in the car the whole way to her house. She was so excited to see me. Then again, who wouldn't be?

Saturday morning we got up and went to see Great Grandma Pauline. She was so excited to see me, too! I was excited to see her, too, I hadn't seen her since well before Christmas. Here I am with her. This is the first time that she heard me talk, and Mommy got a picture of it. She thought it was funny when I was yelling "Dadadadadadadadada"

While I was there I played with the infamous blocks. These blocks have been played with by 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. I loved them though and now Mommy needs to buy me some.

After I did that, I saw something a little strange. Is that a cat?

Ohhhhhhh, it's not real. You can't trick me.

Mommy also got my FIRST picture taken with my Uncle Chad. I know, it's been how long? He is real though, I promise. See!

I am also going to show you some pictures of Grandma and I. Don't tell her though, she has curlers in her hair and would probably be mad if I posted them. But they are too cute not to post.

I had a lot of fun playing with my Great Grandma. I sure do love her.

My new friend

Last night Mommy and I went to Ritter's (the frozen custard place that I got my mint oreo ice cream from) and I met a new friend. Her name is Madeleine. She just turned 6 months. Don't let her fool you though, she is bigger than me! She even has 4 teeth. I am all gums.

Hi, I'm Sophia. Nice to meet you Madeleine.

Hey, look at me when I'm talking to you.

You may be bigger than me, but I am older. Don't forget that.

Hey, stop it.

That's better. I like your sweater, it's pretty!

Awww, Mom. Isn't that enough pictures?

Hey, that looks like my paci. Gimme it.

OK, I'm sorry! I have one just like that, I thought it was mine.

What? We didn't do it.

Look how cute we are with our hats and taggie blankies.

Who, me?

I didn't have any mint oreo ice cream...

That's not ice ceam on my face... prove it.

OK, so I did have some ice cream. And it was gooooooood!

Where did it go? Up here?

One more thing. Don't tell my Dad, he might get mad at Mom for letting me have the ice cream.
