Outside Fun

This past weekend was wonderful, it was so nice outside. Mommy & Daddy took me on 2 different walks! Now I know for sure that I am ready for Spring and Summer time. Here I am with Daddy.

And Mommy.

Then we went on a walk and we stopped at a couple places to take some pictures. I am such a ham!



On the way back home I was pretty worn out...

Then by the time we got home, I was just in a daze.

It was such a great day though.

Hangin' Out

Yesterday I got an early bath - it was in the afternoon instead of at night, apparently I was pretty dirty. Then I got to play in my towel when I was done.

Can somebody please take this off of my head?


Once I got my diaper on I was checking out the DVD's. I tried reaching them way in the back, but the shelf kept getting in my way and I bumped by head. More than once.

Once that got boring, I crawled over to the gate and realized that I was trapped and couldn't get out! Help, somebody come rescue me!


Nobody ever came.

"It's harder when they start crawling"

That's what people would always tell Mommy about trying to take pictures when your child starts to crawl. They were right! As soon as Mommy would set me down, I would immediately lunge forward into the crawling position at take off! Here are some of the out takes...



Here are a few that actually turned out OK. And the reason they turned out just OK is because Daddy had just gotten home from the gym to help out!!





Isn't my onesie cute, too? Mommy got it from one of her friends, I love it so much!! It even has my name on the butt :)

We go way back

Saturday after Mommy & Daddy took me for a walk we went across the road to our neighbors house. They have a little boy named Casey and he is a little over a month older than I am. Here we are last 4th of July.

And here we are now!

It's pretty amazing how much we changed in the last 9 months!!

Casey tried to take my paci out of my mouth. I was kind of grouchy anyways because it was time for me to eat dinner and I wanted to go home.

And this picture is for all of the people that don't believe I'm never sad, angry, or fussy. Proof, it does happen sometimes. Not too often, but sometimes. My excuse though, it was time for dinner.

Swimming with Daddy

Daddy took me to my swim class on Saturday morning - Mommy couldn't find her swimsuit so she just went along and took some pictures (imagine that!) This was Daddy's first time taking me into the pool and we had so much fun!!



Here I am standing on the side of the pool. Daddy was trying to get me to jump in but I was being silly and kept sticking my butt out!


And here we are playing London Bridge, they took the keys and locked us up!

I had such a fun time with Daddy in the pool... I can't wait until we go to Florida in 2 weeks and I can play in the sand!!

A picture can't do it justice

Last night I was sitting and playing with sissy on the floor. Mommy was on her way home from work and Daddy was cooking dinner (what a great Daddy!) Mommy got home and came and said hello to sissy and I and got down on the floor to play with us. Mommy said that it looked like I had something in my mouth at first, but then she said that I have been doing weird things with my mouth anyways because I'm teething. After a minute, I was still acting like something was in there. Little did Mommy know, there was!! She stuck her finger in my mouth and scraped my cheek and pulled out a piece of dog poo!! She was soooooo grossed out, she threw the poo on the floor. Apparently Benny left a "treat" somewhere and I found it!! So of course it went in my mouth. I was happily munching along on it until Mommy took it out of my mouth for me. Mommy doesn't know how long it was in there for?! Apparently you aren't supposed to eat dog poo?! I eat everything else, I didn't know!

I'm surprised Mom didn't throw up. She gave me my cup of water though and I drank some of that. She said that she wanted to give me a piece of gum or a mint!! She didn't though of course.

I'm sure this will come back to haunt me when I get older.

***DISCLAIMER: Benny left his special "treat" somewhere in the house and nobody knew about it or saw it, but I found it. We don't have dog poo laying around our house.***

My day yesterday

Let's see, what did I do? I got to stay home with Mommy which was great, I love doing that! I started off the morning with my bottle. After awhile I got bored with it and started shaking it.. hence the milk all over my face.

Then I crawled around and realized that Mommy and Daddy put up a new gate so I can't get down the stairs. Really Mom?

Crawling around on the floor I find all sorts of new things! Hey, what's this?

It's Benny's bone!

Don't worry, Mom took it away from me after she snapped a quick picture. Gross!

Mom also came into the room to find out that I got into the wipes. I'm not sure why, but I love to eat them!!

What? Am I doing something I shouldn't be doing??

It sure was a long day getting into things I shouldn't be getting into!!

Mommy was the one that said she couldn't wait for me to start crawling. It's her fault.
